General Program Questions:

How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 dollar in qualifying credit card transactions posted to your Credit Card account with Maximum Rewards® for Business.

What can I redeem my points for?
Maximum Rewards® for Business offers a variety of merchandise for your home, gift giving or for you. There are gift certificates to fill most any shopping or restaurant desire! Or keep your options open by redeeming for cash back to your account.  You can even build your own vacation with the travel discounts.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Feel free to use your card on purchases throughout the year with no limit on your point earnings.

What is the minimum number of points needed to start redeeming?
You can start redeeming for rewards with as little as 1,500 points.

Can I redeem for more than one award?
Yes, You can redeem for as many awards as you have points available in your account.

When will my points expire?
Points will expire on or after the third  anniversary of when they were awarded

How will I know how many points I have available?

Your current point total will appear on your monthly Maximum Rewards® for Business credit card statement.

If I have not yet earned enough points for the redemption item of my choice, may I pay the difference?

No, but you can purchase the additional points needed to reach the redemption level of your choice. Points can be purchased for $20/1000 points. To purchase points, please call 888-442-5690

Are there fees associated with my award redemption?

 A $37.95 redemption fee is applicable for travel within the U.S. (all 50 States), Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean and a $47.95 redemption fee is applicable for international travel.  This fee applies to each ticket issued and each Travel Discount awarded. 

Where do I call if I want to redeem points over the phone?

To redeem points over the phone, contact 888-442-5690.

When can I redeem my points?

Redemption can start as soon as you have enough points to redeem.

Can I have my award shipped to an alternate address than what is on file?

Yes. You may send an award to an alternate address. When redeeming for an airline ticket, though, you may have another person's name on the ticket but the actual ticket must be mailed to the address that your credit card statement is mailed to for security purposes.

Who can I contact if I have questions about my credit card?

If you have questions about your credit card account, not specific to the rewards program, you can call 877-838-4406 and a representative will be happy to help you.

What do I do if the reward I received is damaged or defective?

Although we take great care in packaging and shipping, occasionally problems do arise. If the delivery driver is still present and the exterior of the package is damaged, please refuse the delivery and indicate to "return to sender". Then contact customer service at 888-442-5681 for further instructions. If the damage is noticed after the driver has gone, please remove the packing label from the carton, repackage the item in the original materials, and contact customer service at 888-442-5681 for further instructions.

Can I trade my Maximum Rewards® for Business points in for cash?

Yes - you can redeem your points for a cash rebate in the form of a credit to your account.   Except for this cash rebate option, points have no cash value, are non-negotiable and may be redeemed only as described in the program rules.

How will I receive my cash back reward?
Your Cash Back Reward will be credited to your account. The credit will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles.

What airline travel is offered in this program?

Maximum Rewards® for Business offers a unique way to redeem for airline travel. You choose the date, you choose the airline and book the ticket with our agents by calling 888-442-5690. No blackouts, no advance notice needed. Just consult the travel grid to calculate the points you need for your ticket.

What are your travel center hours of operation?
Our travel center is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm CST. Our travel center is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Other holiday hours may vary, please call our travel center before a calendar holiday to inquire on our hours of operation.

How far in advance do I need to redeem my points for travel?

Travel dates are flexible. No advance purchase or Saturday night stay required.

What are the blackout dates for travel redemptions?

There are no pre-determined blackout dates. However, all redemptions are subject to the providers’ availability.

What if my requested ticket is over the maximum allotted dollar value?

 Tickets must be "paid for" with points only; a cash and point exchange is not allowed.  You can purchase the additional points needed to reach the ticket of your choice. Points can be purchased for $20/1000 points. To purchase points, please call 888-442-5690.

Can I combine my Maximum Rewards® for Business points with my miles from my frequent flier program?

No, Maximum Rewards® for Business points may not be combined with points from any other program.
